We are always looking for motivated MD or MSci students to join our team! If you’re interested in studying cancer using single-cell and spatial approaches, please get in touch with Teresa (teresa.krieger[a]charite.de).

MD projects

We welcome medical students from Charité or other universities to join our group for their MD thesis. Projects are designed to take 1-2 years alongside your medical studies. Some prior programming experience (ideally in Python and/or R) would be beneficial.

MSc projects and internships

We offer MSc projects and internships in different research areas of computational oncology. You should have some prior programming experience (ideally in Python and/or R) and be keen to contribute to interdisciplinary translational research.
